About Brenda

Brenda is a residential specialist in the North Dallas area with a focus on the communities of Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen and The Colony and has been part of the Ebby Halliday REALTORS® Frisco office since 2014.

As a full time REALTOR® who cares about your needs, Brenda uses the newest technology to market your property in the broadest range possible for qualified buyers. As your Buyer’s Rep she strives to understand your situation, cares about your needs, and works diligently to find you the best property possible.

Prior to real estate, Brenda worked in defense contracting as a buyer and subsequently as a Procurement Manager at a major corporation. She has a wealth of knowledge in negotiations, contracting and risk management and uses that knowledge and skills for your benefit as your representative.

Brenda’s formal education includes a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego, a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University, Bachelor’s from University of Phoenix and her Associate’s is from Arizona Western College.

I live in The Colony and love living in the Dallas area! "I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could!" is an old bumper sticker that represents how I feel about Texas being my home. Although I love to travel and see other cultures, I cannot imagine living any place but here in Dallas. I'm very involved in her community and stay abreast of economic developments in the region. I do this as part of organizations like The Colony Chamber of Commerce as a Chamber Ambassador, The Legends Home Owners Association, Collin County Association of Realtors (CCAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

My Passion for Travel

I love to travel internationally and to work with internationals. My husband and I were recently guests of special clients and visited Moscow and Israel where they spent a week in each area. It was a fantastic trip, visiting the Kremlin, Red Square, Diamond Fund, Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Cafe Pushkin, and so much more in Moscow! We also toured through much of Israel the following week going into the Jordan River where John the Baptist baptized Jesus, the Dead Sea and surrounding desert where Jesus spent 40 days prior to his entry to Jerusalem for the Passover, northern Israel where the Druze live (a peaceful people who have no political preference), to Capernaum and Sea of Galilee, Mount of Beatitudes, to name just a few historical locations.

On previous trips I've visited Mexico, Canada and other parts of Europe - Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France and England and I have a particular fondness for the cities of London and Paris. And, a small bit of travel many years ago to Thailand. We are planning a trip soon to Alaska and back to Canada. There's so much of the world yet to see!

I'm most passionate about helping my clients obtain the best deal - either the most amount of money for their house if they are the Seller client or the best house for their money if they are a Buyer client. I got into real estate as a career because it uses my favorite skills and talents: research, analysis and negotiations along with contract management, to help people be in the best home they can afford.

What Makes Me The Best Choice to Represent You

My unique training in ADR and Negotiations makes me a stand-out Realtor, oftentimes negotiating for her clients unbeknownst to them. One of my clients had me bid over list price for a house and my strategy was to obtain a Seller concession in lieu of repairs to assure the appraisal came in at the contract price or better.

I really do believe my skill in selling houses is second to none. My training as an SRS, previous marketing classes, and business background make me a stand-out listing agent. I have taken listings for houses that had sat on the market for months without selling and had them sold in a matter of days!
