To do this I use many tools, but the primary ones are:
1. CMA
2. Staging
3. Marketing
Comparative Market Analysis
A CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) is critical to your success. It tells us what the market is most likely to pay for your house in its current condition as compared to other properties on the market or that have just sold.
Staging
Another critical tool is staging. Making your home have that WOW factor when someone walks in the door is crucial to selling your home the fastest and staging helps deliver the WOW factor to potential buyers.
Marketing
Marketing is very important. My marketing includes over 35 syndicated websites like Zillow, Redfin, Hotpads, Realtor.com and much more. Additionally, I paper the neighborhood with flyers and host open houses. People often say that open houses don’t sell homes anymore, but that just isn’t true.
Making sure the house is priced correctly based on the CMA, staging it to bring out the WOW factor so the first person who walks in wants to buy it, and marketing heavily are three main factors I use to help sell your home fast.
